All Hatch Ventures LLC product concepts, in the product development stage, are protected by signed and dated, legal non-disclosure agreement, enforceable by the Supreme Civil Court of the State of New York, New York County.There are real people with real mouths to feed behind the Hatch Ventures LLC name and logo. Therefore, the following is not a threat, it is a promise. If you attempt to sell a product in the marketplace that we determine is infringing on our legal and/or moral rights, or if you attempt to steal a product concept in the development stage, we will come after you and we will not stop coming after you until you cease and desist, and pay in full any and all financial damages to which we are legally entitled.Although Hatch Ventures LLC was only just established in 2007, we have already had to assert and defend our legal ownership and control over one of our products in the Supreme Civil Court of the State of New York, New York County. We prevailed.
